Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the fs99 platform. By creating an account or logging in to the platform, you are considered to have agreed to all of these terms.

Each individual may operate only one account on fs99. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide genuine, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering an account. If you register with incorrect or false information, fs99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account. Please update your information immediately if any details change.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the fs99 support team immediately.
3. Bonuses & Promotions
3.1 Welcome Bonus
fs99 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. The wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. For example, for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must wager ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.
3.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses
- Bonuses may only be used on your own account and cannot be shared with others.
- If multiple accounts from the same household, IP address, or device claim a bonus, it will be considered void.
- If the original deposited amount is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the associated bonus will be cancelled.
- fs99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
Payment methods currently accepted at fs99 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
4.3 Verification
fs99 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. If the required documents are not submitted in time, the withdrawal process may be delayed. This step is necessary to ensure financial security.
4.4 Fraud & Malpractice
If evidence of fraud, unauthorized payment, or chargebacks is found in any transaction, the associated account will be suspended immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
5. Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play
All games on fs99 are operated fairly and transparently. The platform uses SSL encryption and a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures that the outcome of every game is completely unbiased.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on fs99:

- Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or any other software to place automated bets.

6. VIP Program
The fs99 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.
- Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.
You can advance to higher tiers through regular and active participation. fs99 determines the benefits and terms for each tier and reserves the right to make changes.
7. Restricted Regions & Users
fs99 provides services only to individuals who are eligible to receive such services under the laws of their place of residence. By using fs99's services, you declare that online betting or casino gaming is not prohibited in your region.
The following individuals may not use fs99:
- Anyone under the age of 21.
- Residents of regions where online gambling is legally prohibited.
- Anyone whose account has been previously cancelled by fs99.
- Anyone who has attempted to damage the platform's systems in any way.
8. Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Closure at User's Request
Any member may close their account at any time by notifying the fs99 support team. It is recommended to withdraw any available balance before closing the account.
8.2 Suspension by fs99
fs99 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

9. Intellectual Property
